Turning Off Your Debit Card Online

If your debit  card has been added to your online banking profile, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account through a Web browser
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click ATM/Debit Card
  4. Check the Lost/Stolen box next to the correct card
  5. Click Submit*

*Please note that this card cannot be reactivated once this step is complete. To get a new card, please call us at 405-260-2265 or visit our Norman or Guthrie branches.

Freezing Your Debit Card on our Mobile App

  1. Login to your account through our mobile app
  2. Tap the Menu icon
  3. Tap Preferences
  4. Tap Manage Cards
  5. Select the applicable card number
  6. Tap Suspend
